CAPABILITY STATEMENT

RAM Fabrication is a ‘premium metal finisher’ manufacturing custom made items out of aluminium, stainless steel, mild steel, brass or any other exotic metal. Our motto is: “You draw it, we’ll build it!”

We specialise in high quality work and have the expertise to supply, manufacture and install any stainless steel requirement such as lift cladding, stainless skirting boards, handrails, column protection rings, foot and guard rails to any specified finish.

Our tradesmen are creative and can offer solutions to architects ideas including but not limited to metal artwork creations such as unusual gates, working with mirrors/glass, framing artwork and sculptures.

However, we are not limited to the nice architectural stuff, our other work includes metal flooring, access platforms, steel handrails, metal staircases and mobile welding.

Equipment & Machinery

We have a brand new workshop in Bibra Lake that has been set up with the following equipment and machinery:

• Gullotine to cut 5mm aluminium and 3mm mild steel from 2.4m sheets
• 40 tonne hyrobender than can press up to 3mm steel x 2.5m 
• Metal Lathe with 1.5m bed and 50mm bore
• State of the art polishing tools for polishing and finishing stainless steel to the desired appearance
• Inverter mig welding machines
• Three phase welding machine
• Drill / milling machine for light machining work
• Ban saw for cutting metal
• Various hand and power tool
• Fully stocked lockable site boxes 
• A fully equipped mobile welding van
