Owner Operator:  Ross Hathaway

Ross has 18 years experience in metal work, a Metal Fabrication Trade Qualification, Automotive Trade Qualification and is hands on in running RAM Fabrication.

Supervisor: Richard Hathaway  

With 12 years experience in the Building & Construction industry before he joined RAM Fabrication, Richard oversees all site work and is proficient in the metal trades industry.

Tradesman: Chris Slattery, Trent Coates (Leading Hand) and Daniel Laguarta

With over 40 years of experience between them, Christ, Trent and Daniel have worked in all facets of general fabrication. Working with materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel and brass, all our tradesmen are qualified in metal fabrication or welding. 

Apprentice: Patrick Knighton, Jody Garner and Garrett Knight

Working through their 3 year apprenticeships as a Sheet Metal workers, Patrick, Jody and Garrett are keen to learn, dedicated and tinker with classic cars as their passion.

Admin/Marketing Manager & Company Secretary: Meredith Hathaway

Meredith has a degree in marketing and business and manages the accounts, admin, payroll and general paperwork of RAM Fabrication.

Admin/Receptionist/Accounts: Letitia Needham

Letitia has had over 10 years experience in customer service roles and uses MYOB to conduct the business paperwork for RAM Fabrication.
